1 Pear cut in pieces
1 tbsp Spring onions shredded

100 ml Yogurt
2 tbsp Mint Chopped

Prepare the Lamb for marination by adding garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mustard powder.

Set it aside for marination for at least 3- 4 hours if you are willing to make roast Lamb from scratch.

Get the oil ready after the marination is done. Turn on the stove and add fuel to the pan. Make sure to preheat on a medium level, so your Lamb doesn’t get burnt instantly because of high temp.

Roast your Lamb until fully cooked.
