Steps

1
Done

Grab a big bowl and mix paneer, potatoes, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic paste, salt, and pepper and mix them well until everything is joined together.

2
Done

Please take a little mixture in hand and roll it into a medium-size ball. Keep the size standard of turning it into a patty later. You can create as many as you can, and set them aside.

3
Done

Let them sit for 15-20 minutes and flatten them into a form of thin patties. Use a foil paper underneath so patties won’t stick to the tray.

4
Done

Cut the mozzarella slices into four with a knife and put a little mint chutney, parsley, and add one part of the mozzarella slice on top of the patty. Place another patty on top and join them together. Make as many as possible.

5
Done

Apply some oil with a brush and cover the patties with bread crumbs. Set them aside to settle down in the fridge for 30 minutes.

6
Done

To prepare the sauce for paneer steaks, pre-eat the frying pan and add butter, crushed garlic, ketchup or tomato puree, salt, pepper, chili powder, or fakes and cornstarch paste and water. Mix and cook them well for 15 minutes. Pour the sauce in a bowl to let cool and set it aside.

7
Done

Prepare another pan and add some oil for frying. Shallow fry the paneer steaks on low heat, so whole steak is cooked thoroughly. Give time to both sides until fully cooked.

8
Done

Serve hot with a fresh red sauce prepared for steaks and any other seasoning of your choice.
