1 Done | Time to prepare the recipe! Grab a skillet and heat some olive oil. Put chicken and add salt and pepper on both sides. Cook the chicken well from all sides until golden brown and let it set aside. After cooling down, shred it into small pieces. |
2 Done | Now while using the same skillet, add some oil and put carrots and onions int. cook the veggies until soft ad add garlic and ginger. Cook for 5-7 minutes more and add rice and peas. Make sure peas are soft; otherwise, they will not be adequately cooked. You can either boil them beforehand or cook them along with onions and carrots first. Cook everything for 5 minutes. |
3 Done | Cook the beaten eggs on half side of the skillet and fold the rice into it. Now add the shredded chicken pieces into the mixture along with soy sauce and green onions. Stir everything well until everything is well-combined. |
