Preheat your saucepan with some olive oil, and once ready, add in the chopped onions and sauté it for few minutes until they turn brown and soft. Keep stirring on medium heat, and don't let the onions burn.

Once your onions are done, add in the pepper and mix for two more minutes until they become soft as well.

Don't let the vegetables become too soft, and keep adding them one by one every two minutes o keep them lively in your dish. When you are done with your peppers, add in the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Now it's time to add in the chicken pieces, so pour them in and stir until they change color and have beautiful golden brown color on them. Don't let it get too soft as we will be finally cooking it with the pasta.

Once you half cook your chicken, add your chicken broth and half-boiled penne pasta into the mixture.

Just a tip-You need to make sure your chicken and pasta are half cooked because after adding the broth, they will need a little push to become soft, so cook both ingredients 50% before adding it into the final mixture.
