Here we are taking her purely Kaleji Recipe Pakistani that is going to serve your purpose of having a cherished lunch of Eid day and for a delightful recipe for your recipe. It’s so simple to cook and that’s why most of the people on Eid ul Adha or “Bari Eid” love to have it as a lunch. It is easy for ladies to wash our meat cuts after sacrifice, and distribution and then cook it Kaleji “goat liver” at the same time. Let’s move to this so much cherished recipe and if you want to learn or improve its taste then use our prescribed recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 kg – Goat Liver (Kaleji) 1 kg
  • 1 tbsp – Table Salt 9as per taste)
  • 1 tbsp – Red Chilies
  • 2 tbsp – Lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp – White Cumin Seeds (roasted & powdered) 
  • 1 tbsp – Garlic and Ginger Paste 
  • 2 pcs – Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp – Cooking Oil (or as per your taste)

Instructions

  1. Take fresh goat liver into square pieces and apply crushed ginger all over it for 20 mins. (For removal of typical kaleji smell).
  2. Then rinse it with cold water and all smell will be vanished, keep it for 20 mins after the activity. 
  3. Now heat the deep pan on medium flame, and then add liver pieces. 
  4. Roast it little and then add ginger garlic paste in it
  5. The natural water in paste and kaleji will dry up. 
  6. Now add red chili and cumin powder together in it. 
  7. It is time to add oil and then keep on stirring. 
  8. Now add green chilies that you had chopped and keep on stirring in the pan. 
  9. Now add lemon juice and salt as well. 
  10. It is time to serve the delicious Pakistani kaleji to your loved ones and even to guests at home.
