Today we are going to share a brown bread recipe with everyone that is not only healthy and beneficial for us but less time-consuming for people with less time on their hands. Furthermore, the brown bread recipe doesn’t require too many ingredients nor time so many of you will always find it convenient to bake one at home anytime.

Prepare the yeast mixture by adding sugar in ½ cup water and sprinkle yeast over it. Set it aside as it will froth after some time.

Mix both wheat types and add yeast in it along with salt and oil.

Knead the mixture with slight Lukewarm water until firm and set it set aside covered with cling film or a wet cloth.

After some time, the dough will be all puffy and doubled in size. So punch and knead again and leave it at a side again to add some more puffiness.

When the dough rises a little more, knead a bit more and then set it in the baking tin and again leave it aside for half an hour for more rising.

Apply beaten egg on top with a brush on the dough and bake it in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.

Store or serve with caramel topping whenever you feel hungry.
