Chinese and continental cuisines always take the first choice in making something fancy and presentable. They not only make our guests and visitors happy but also bring in more experience and professionalism in our hands. Well, it’s an opinion that we like to share, and it’s also something that almost everyone agrees upon around us.
As we are talking about fancy foods, we will surely mention a flavorful and tasty dish that everyone loves to feast upon; and that is the CHICKEN SHASHLIK RECIPE. Wow! It’s such a foreign word to make our mouths water.
Shashlik word entered English from the Russian shashlyk, of Turkish origin. It has come towards Russia from the 18th century and further into English and European countries. Originally, shashlik was made from lamb, but recently there are other options to choose from, which are based on religious observances. This rich and tasty looking dish is served in a sewn form on a sleek stick with many cooked vegetables alongside it.
The presentation and cooking technique for shashlik was inspired by shish kebab grilling on long iron bars. Multiple methods have evolved for cooking shashlik and are commonly found among any restaurant or food stalls in food markets around us.
We know you are craving for it now, so we are providing you some easy steps to cook your very own chicken shashlik dish for personal pleasure or any other gathering plans.
