1 Done | Take a large bowl. |
2 Done | Add olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and garlic. |

4 Done | Keep ½ cup of marinating mixture aside. |
5 Done | Take chicken thighs and put in a large bowl and toss it for coating. |
6 Done | Cover the marinated chicken thighs and place it in a refrigerator for almost 30 minutes. |
7 Done | Now fry the thighs in an air fryer basket at 400° |
8 Done | Keep cooking until thighs till 20 minutes. |
9 Done | Now Transfer the chicken thighs to a plate and cover it with a foil. |
10 Done | Do the same process with remaining thighs, and you can fry 2 thighs at a time. |
11 Done | Now take a small saucepan and pour the remaining ½ cup mixture in it and cook over medium heat. |
12 Done | Make the mixture all boiled. |
13 Done | Now reduce the heat and boil until the sauce gets slightly thick. |
14 Done | Brush it up over the chicken thighs and it is ready for garnishing. |
