Steps
1 Done | Heat the oil in a deep pan and add the onion. Fry it until it turns golden brown. |
2 Done | Add ginger and garlic and fry for a minute. |
3 Done | Put the chicken into the mixture and stir until chicken is half cooked. It will become white and brown when it is half cooked. |
4 Done | Add in all the spices along with soya sauce and ketchup into the chicken mixture. Pour a little water to mix well and stir until everything is combined properly. You will see a small oil layer coming up the mix as it is a sign that your mixture is well-merged now. |
5 Done | Add in tomatoes, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves and fry for ten more minutes on low heat. |
6 Done | Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame. |
