1 Done | Heat some oil in a deep pan for a few minutes on low heat and add spring onion whites and ginger; stir for 2 minutes. |
2 Done | Add the shredded chicken into the pan and mix well. |
3 Done | Add in the soup stock or water into the mixture with cream style corn and bring it to a boil. Put the flame on low heat and let it cook a few minutes. |

6 Done | Add in the cornflour mixture into the soup and keep simmering until the soup becomes thick. Keep your flame low and let it cook properly. |
7 Done | Add in the beaten egg and stir in a single direction only to mix the egg well. Mix on low heat as the egg will take the form of small white shreds and will get combined evenly. |
8 Done | Turn off the flame and pour your soup in a deep bowl. Serve hot with garnishing of spring onion greens and white pepper powder. |
