Is there really anything better than a combo of tacos + pizza?! I made this recipe for my husband’s birthday dinner and it was a crowd pleaser! I think adding the salsa and spices to the mashed beans really makes them stand out as the “sauce” layer. I used all the suggested topping and also added fresh diced jalapeño for an added kick! This will be a recurring favorite in our house.
